In June 2010, @homeENERGY became a registered ISO Certified company, QMS 9001:2008. This means that we’ve given ourselves strict service objectives to meet to ensure our customers receive prompt and professional service. Leaking water heaters will be replaced within 24 hours. If you have not enough hot water, your water heater will be repaired within 36 hours. Our goal goal is to continuously improve our business, products, and customer service to consistently meet the expectations and needs of our loyal customers.
