Our electric water heaters are custom ordered from Giant, a proudly Canadian manufacturer since 1950. Our water heaters are insulated with GREENFOAM™ insulation – a product unique to Giant. The insulating qualities are top of the line, and environmentally safe; it contains no HCFC’s, CFC’s, nor any VOC’s!

Newer electric tanks reduce the cost of making hot water and keeping it hot. Our electric tanks are more energy-efficient than ever, holding the heat inside the tank longer, reducing the frequency that your tank will need to kick on.

Space Requirements

Electric tanks do not have the same ventilation requirements on the top and sides as a gas tank, therefore it can be installed in smaller or confined spaces such as a closet or crawlspace, without the worry of gas buildup.

Safety

There is no gas, open flame or venting needed to operate an electric tank. Greater care needs to be taken with gas tanks to ensure that gas is not leaking, and that the exhaust is kept clear of any debris (ie snow or ice).
