COVID-19 Update

With everything going on in the world right now, we know you have a lot of things to think about.  Your hot water service shouldn’t add to your stress. With people spending a lot more time at home, it’s likely even more important that you have hot water when you want and need it. We have taken steps to try to ease your mind:We need to protect staff that deliver your service so that we can continue to deal with any unplanned occurrences seamlessly:

Our contractors and suppliers are taking all necessary precautions and are equipped appropriately.  When they attend a home or business, they are asking if anyone is ill or has recently returned from outside the country.  They may not enter if there is an active risk. When they do enter, they will practice social distancing. We ask that you please make sure you wear a mask and ensure there is a clear path to the water heater available for the technician to access the unit.

We are continuing to provide your essential hot water service but we are deferring anything non-essential to a later date.

It may not be “business as usual” but we know that we must carry on with our important role and ensure you have the hot water you and your family rely upon. We’re in this together.
